Common questions

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is stored on AWS Frankfurt (EU-West-1). Each club signs a Data Processing Agreement. Players can export or delete their data at any time.

Do I own my player data?

Fully. Your data belongs to you. It is isolated from all other clubs and can be exported as CSV any time — no request needed.

Do you support both padel and tennis?

Yes — both sports from the same platform. Different court types, surface configurations and booking rules are supported in the same account.

Ukrainian clubs — is UAH supported?

Yes. Ukrainian clubs can use UAH pricing with local payment flows, and the app UI is available in Ukrainian. Contact us for current UAH pricing.

Can I migrate players from Playtomic?

Migration support is included in the setup fee. We provide message templates, QR materials and a parallel-running plan so no active players are lost.

Is there a long-term contract?

No lock-in after year one. We ask for a 12-month initial commitment so the setup investment makes sense on both sides — then monthly billing.

What happens if I grow beyond 12 courts?

We move you to an enterprise plan. Multi-location and multi-brand networks are supported on the same infrastructure.

Do players need to install an app?

No App Store download required. Players access via QR code or direct link as a progressive web app. Installation is optional and takes one tap.
