1. Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Club" or "Customer") and Coderfy, the operator of Cortclub. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Cortclub provides a white-label club management platform including court booking, coach scheduling, memberships, tournaments, payments and a revenue dashboard for padel and tennis clubs. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must ensure your use complies with applicable laws and these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Cortclub is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans are Essential (€149 / month + €500 one-time setup) and Pro (€249 / month + €900 one-time setup). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with prior notice.
5. Initial term and cancellation
Plans include an initial 12-month commitment so the setup investment makes sense on both sides, after which billing continues monthly and you may cancel at any time with notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has started.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other clubs' data;
- resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the platform without our written consent;
- interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
7. Data ownership
Your club owns its data. Player profiles, bookings and revenue data remain yours, are isolated from other clubs, and can be exported in a portable format at any time. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Cortclub platform, software and underlying Atmosfera Engine are the intellectual property of Coderfy. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
9. Payments
Payments processed through the platform are handled by third-party providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cortclub does not charge booking commissions. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your club's transactions.
10. Warranty and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coderfy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the subscription terms. On termination, your data will be exported or deleted on request in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Coderfy's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email and take effect on the date indicated.
